Jim is our Project Manager. It's his role to manage projects and direct houses to closing. When Jim is not hard at work, he enjoys biking, spending time with his siblings, and enjoys reading.

Khoa manages CCO's business development efforts. Whether you are a private equity investor or supply vendor looking to partner with Cleveland Cash Offers, Khoa will be your point of contact. When he has his day off work, he likes to spend his time with his family and friends.
