We replaced nearly 50 windows and installed a brand-new roof, giving the property a refreshed exterior along with fresh paint and repairs. Inside, we completed a full remodel, including two brand-new kitchens, two modern bathrooms, all-new light fixtures, and updated carpet and paint throughout. Additionally, we installed all brand-new mechanicals, ensuring this home is move-in ready from top to bottom. This six-bedroom single-family home, located near the Cleveland Clinic, underwent a comprehensive renovation. With almost 40 new windows installed and structural repairs completed, the property was brought back to life. This stunning 5-bedroom home in the Forest Hills neighborhood has been beautifully transformed with a complete renovation. Nearly 30 brand-new windows were installed, flooding the interior with natural light. The home features a full interior remodel, including updated cosmetics throughout, a brand-new kitchen, and a modernized bathroom. This duplex on East 43rd in Asia Town has undergone an incredible transformation! After dealing with severe water damage from burst pipes, we completely renovated the property from top to bottom. Each unit now boasts a brand-new kitchen and bathroom—two kitchens and two bathrooms in total—featuring new toilets and vanities. The lower unit offers three bedrooms, while the upper unit has two, making this duplex both practical and inviting.

We installed new hot water tanks, added fresh carpet and paint throughout, and updated all the light fixtures to give the property a clean, modern look. We’re thrilled with how this renovation turned out, and the before-and-after photos truly speak for themselves!
